The Cleveland Hockey Booster Club and Lake Erie Monsters are awarding Scholarships in the form of bookstore credit to the winning players’ respective university/college:
First Prize $2000, Second Prize $1700, Third Prize $1400, Fourth Prize $1100, Fifth Prize $800 ___________________________________________________________
Eligibility:
1. High School Senior currently playing in one of the following leagues: -North Coast High School Hockey League (NCHSHL), -Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League (GCHSHL) -Great Lakes Hockey League
2. Graduating High School in 2015
3. Planning to attend college in 2015-2016
4. Graduating with at least a 3.0 GPA -Submit copy of current transcripts
5. Letter from coach or assistant coach which includes: – How player displayed good sportsmanship and/or leadership – Earned two or more Varsity Hockey Letters or participated in Club Hockey for two or more years
6. Submit a 1-3 page essay entitled: “What High School Hockey Means To Me”
7. Complete attached form with contact information All items MUST be received no later than Saturday, March 14, 2015 Entries received after March 14st will not be considered. .
